Return and refund policy
We want you to love your POEMA piece. If it isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible, the piece must be unworn and in its original condition, returned in its pouch. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your piece arrives damaged, this is on us. Email hola@frompoema.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
A few pieces may be marked final sale at the time of purchase. These are noted clearly and are not eligible for return.

Shipping policy
Every POEMA piece is made by hand and ready to ship.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once on its way, your piece typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
We currently ship within the United States.
If your piece arrives damaged, email hola@frompoema.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll take care of it.
